How could I not, I love long winded post. But the only thing I got out of it is that you donít like them soft or mushy or too hard and rigid... they gotta be juuuust right.

Sound like you like wasting money for the sake of saying youíve tried something. I have a B&M on my truck that I swapped from the stocker and Iíve driven the Gen II. Save your money fellas. Anyone want to trade their Gen II for a B&M, let me know.

You are quite the class act are you not? I would beg to differ on the "long winded" comment. Simply "comprehensive" and not intended for simple minded individuals.
If I may say, the B&M was not a "waste" of money. Obtained the B&M due to the fact that the Gen II was not available when I first obtained the truck. Some drivers just may not enjoy the "fickleness" of the Gen II.

So, if you are that driver, the B&M drops right in, gives you all the benefits of the stock shifter with a little of a bit of gear noise (which can be easily dampened with Mastic Tape) and the biggest drop in throw for the money with no issues getting into reverse. Plus, you can add a handle of choice like the Cherry Performance I have and be very happy.

GLWS OP

Cheers!
