Not sure what this has to do with the OP's post. Please try to keep it on topic, so we don't have to ban you. Thanks.

Mine makes that noise when it is cold, its the pulleys they have crud on them. Mine started doing it when I blew one of the cooling lines to the fans and it sprayed tran fluid all over the motor.

Take the belt off, hit all your pulleys with a cleaner. You may have to replace your belt as well if the noise is still there.

Either way your truck is fine though.

Thank you! Should I take it back to the dealer that I originally went to or try the Dodge dealer in town over?

You should take it to someone who isn't screwing you over. Maybe have another member with knowledge check it out. You've spent way too much not to be fixed.

Everyone has made valid points and Scott is right stop throwing $$$ at it $3000.00!shoot that's a lot I learned real fast not to do that 'my truck did the same exact thing and noise or chirp and I was lucky to hear a members video he posted I think it was BLAZINSRT and so I changed the tensioner and sure enough that same noise you have went away now with that being said black talon it could also be the idler pulley or misaligned pulleys make sure you chime in once you get it fixed and let us know
