Look at the pics in the body of the auction listing. There are a couple shots of the engine bay

Someone has a lot money or a lot of time (or both) on their hands to build this.
A whole lot of effort when it to something to look at as it would be useless in the off road capacity it was build for and dangerous as a democrat to use all that HP.
