Tips on shipping from Texas to Cali?

Happy to say i've picked up a well cared for 06 RC.
It's sitting in Texas and i'm shopping for a shipper.

A local broker (friend of a friend) is telling me to wait till monday for a good deal. I know this is going to take patience. My gut is telling me to pay extra for enclosed shipping.

Any tips? thoughts?

Road trip! Fly out and drive it back. If you can't do that, only ship in an enclosed trailer. Nice truck BTW!
