Wiring tie downs under intake, replacements?

Anyone know where to get some replacement wire harness tie downs that push into the base of the runners under the intake? They are located on the inside base of runner #2, 6, 10, and #1, 5.
I ordered some of these hoping they will work as all of mine snapped trying to pry them off.
