Just bought my first -10 just over a week ago. Traded in an '04 Hemi Sport for it 
Glad I did. Had to buy the wife a Jeep to do it though (kids and all)...
Anyways, glad to be on this forum. Seems like there is a lot more activity here than on some others...
Haven't done much to the truck yet. It came with a cat-less catback already on it... Not sure which one (Looks like a B&B without the flanges on the back). Sounds great, runs great... I love it.
Had to replace the balancer since it came apart in the parking lot at work! Drove the truck 600 miles in two days after I bought it, and that happened. Wish I knew about that problem before, but probably wouldn't have made much difference. Just glad it happened there, and not on the highway!
Anyway, I've attached a couple of pictures (dirty, sorry).
