The other problem is (and a blessing too) that my wife is a car nut too. So, she won't care what I buy as long as it's badass. :) So, that means we both will always want sweet cars...I am just the one that has to suffer with the Jeep for the next year or two.

It's funny that you say that, because it was the same situation for the Audi S4 (2005). A CAI was a total waste really. All the power was made with a drop in filter, headers and exhaust.

I am absolutely shocked at the cost of CAI systems on the SRT10. I am coming from the Audi world where EVERYTHING is expensive and a CAI is $400 (which I felt was silly also). So, what's the deal? Although I truly don't expect an answer, maybe there is one. Really, I was simply venting...
