Kevan said:Kris- your tonneau bends (courtesy of the wing) at speed? Odd.
I've had a little vibration going on the center section of the wing (85 mph+), but it's never bent or flexed the Lazerlite.
Also, you can trim the excess off the mounting bolts on the underside of the cover. Use a Dremel with a cutoff wheel and do them the same height as the nut. The weatherstripping on the Lazerlite, when compressed, is slightly taller than the height of the mounting nut.
A rubber nut cover from Lowe's/HomeDepot will provide further protection when the cover is lowered. Check the drawers in their Hardware department, and take one of the nuts in with you to make sure you get the right size nut cover.

A quick call to Scott at Lazerlite (who's also a member on this forum) should answer any warranty questions regarding installing the SRT-10 wing on one of their covers.wheredwhogo? said:guys, just an FYI that once you drill your tonneau, should anything go wrong, they will try and VOID THE WARRANTY when you try to get it fixed. Trust me...I went through the whole thing with SnugLid....just wanted to let you know.
