I'm still feeling my way through the SCT I got from you guys.
The only thing I know is that I have low octane, mid octane, and high octane tunes. Can you describe the different tunes you offer for those of us who may want something different.
What are the fan temps?
What effect does the Tow/Haul button have in each tune?
What are the timing changes for each tune?
What octanes do low mid and high relate to? (you answered this for me, but for anyone else who reads this)
Are there any changes to shift points in QC's?
Any other info you would like to share about the tunes?

I love the tune in my QC, it really woke it up.:burnout: I'm just a little leary about trying the different tunes because I don't feel like I understand them well enough.

Thanks

"Can you describe the different tunes you offer for those of us who may want something different."
Asking for the different tunes offered is a broad question. These aren’t canned tunes that we pick from.
We create the tunes based on ten years of Viper tuning experience and the information you give us about your application. We provide three different tunes for your current combination with the difference being ignition timing so you can run different fuels.

"What are the fan temps?"
On at 193

"What effect does the Tow/Haul button have in each tune?"
This function is not changed. It reduces gear changing while towing so your transmission stays cooler (holds gears longer under accel and decel).

"What are the timing changes for each tune?"
Three degrees difference between low and mid, one more degree on high

"What octanes do low mid and high relate to? (you answered this for me, but for anyone else who reads this)"
Low has the lowest advance and is generally for 91 octane.
Mid for 93.
High for 94+
However, different fuels across the country and different engines are "different". There are some that can use the mid program on 91 and is why we like putting in three tunes.

"Are there any changes to shift points in QC's?"
Raised 100-200 RPM at full throttle.

"Any other info you would like to share about the tunes?"
Everybody's been happy with them :)

There's no need to be leery. We have a lot of experience at this.

So then, what would the differences between Roe, DC,KRC sct like tunes be?????

I'm sure that most of the specifics of the tunes are proprietary. The differences are probably subtle, but they are there. Everybody has a different way of getting to the same goal, just pick a vendor you know and trust...that's why I got mine from Roe.

Since we all start with stock tunes provided by SCT, the differences can be vast.

You get an SCT from anyone and they all look the same.
However, before that box arrives to you from us, a lot has happened here, behind the scenes. We own and beat the hell out of the vehicles we test on (I won't subject a customer owned vehicle to the abuse it takes to sorting things out to the n'th degree), own our dyno, log all our testing with wideband sensors (we have and recorded up to 10 wideband O2's at a time), have a full test facility to run the vehicles on at full speed, have ten years experince modding the tunes for racing and street between the VEC1, VEC2 and VEC3 (over 1,600 units in service between those) and we work with one of the most experienced SCT programmers around to get the most out of our programs.

In this case, our experience and dedication to doing it right pays dividends to you. And our price..... the same as the others.

Regards,
Sean

I ordered my SCT via Marty's group buy, but was having trouble with it. I have since ordered 1 tune to go on my SCT from Sean and it is running great. Marty HAS responded to my emails and phone calls but is extremely busy right now, so I opted to get an additional tune from Sean at a great price.

My truck has never run as smooth as it does now with the Roe SCT tune!!
I am really pleased!! My tires don't appreciate it though!!:D :p
