First, the specs on the bed:

2005 Dodge Ram SRT-10 Reg. Cab
  • Bulkhead: 65-5/8"
  • Rails: 73-7/8"
  • Tailgate Width: 62-1/8"
  • ------------------------------
  • Bed Depth at Bulkhead: 19-5/8" (to top of rail)
  • Bed Depth at Tailgate: 20-3/8" (to top of rail)
Be sure to have those handy when contacting the manufacturer. Remember to tell them about the wing!

I'll have the Admin add important stats (like: "Works With Wing", and "Really- No Drilling") as information comes in.

Solid/One-piece tonneau covers is in a different thread. Please search for "Tonneau Covers" to find it.

I have the Rollbak cover on my truck and like it real well. It doen't have roller bearings but still works easy.

Here's one that I went with. Bonus for me was the extra heavy duty top and smallest container. Downside....with heavy duty you get extra weight and its not compatible with our wing. Per the instructions you are supposed to drill two holes in the stake hole section on the rear of the bed, route the drain hose through this hole then down and out. I have the bedrug installed so I obtained a plastic reducer (found at local Ace Hardware plumbing) to reduce the rail opening to 7/16 black hose; again found at local Ace. This size allows you to route the hose behind and longside the bed rug and tailgate opening. Once installed its out of sight and no need to drill the two holes. The rest of the installation is a no drill affair.
