Tried searching for the rear end gear oil weight that is best to use. Several listed... But can't decide which is best..... I'm looking at the royal purple since people say you don't have to use the additive..... Which is the best weight???

I use 75w140 Royal Purple with no additive.

75w-90. I used Amsoil and still added 1 bottle of friction modifier.
