I made this up a few weeks back and forgot to take pics, so I shot some today (its a little dirty). Its a full dual 3" manifold back exhaust (except the short stubs coming off the 2.5" manifold outlets). I used a magnaflow muffler which has an X pipe built into it. No cats, no resonators, and its suprisingly quiet from the inside, no drones, etc. Its probably half the bends of the stock midpipes, I couldnt believe how many bends/kinks they had. I powdercoated it high temp black for a sleek look and used 4" stainless tips at the back. Someday I'll get some sound clips of it, it sounds pretty aggressive from the outside!

Very nice!!

Did you make up drawings (blueprints) for this system?
If you did, I would love to have some one weld me up a set.

Nice Justin. Now you need some good looking headers. :)

When you gonna let me look at that truck??

:D

I do need a set, but they are so expensive! All of this stuff is stuff Ive already got lying around for the most part LOL. You, Bill, and I need to go on a backroad cruise somewhere while the weather is still decent here.

I'll be selling midpipes (and becoming a vendor here) once I get my waterjet guy to cut the flanges (and some other goodies!), but I dont think i'll be doing catbacks unless someone wants something unique, its just too hard to beat the price of the magnaflow setup. I was thinking of doing a single 4" exhaust, but it may look to much like a diesel.

Thanks for the compliments guys!
Justin
