Wish I had the exta cash to get one of these right now...3rd gives me hell.
Well,As i posted yesterday i installed the final product of the Venom shifters this mourning.I have to take my hat off to all involved with this shifter,Since i was the one to test the proto-type,I had the honor of installing the first final product.Thanks Tony,And Patrick.First of all the quality of material used is second to none,And being the first shifter i know of that you can adjust the tension on for street ,Strip,Or what just feels good to you is definitely a plus.Going through the gears is very much improved,Smooth,Solid, And with no slop,Even reverse is way easier getting in to.The shifter arm is also adjustable,I have it set at the lowest setting which makes it a shorter throw IMO.I was driving around this mourning trying to see what kind of noise was produced,Or transferred if you will.I have to say,I was pleasantly surprised there is very little noise.This is one damn nice shifter,Kudos to all involved with this project.

Hopefully I should have them in my hands mid next week guys and from there I will check on chroming the handles and offering them also poweder coated for a none charge on powder coateing, and should have pics and prices also, but will do that once I have them here in my hands guys:rock:

Just to let everyone know there is a delay in shipping the shifters,
but it goes to show the dedication of friends and there helping to achieve the perfect shifter, or as close as can be.
Jr, while driving around with the final edition or what was thought was the final edition, noticed a slight "jingle" as he would put it, LOL , so he called Patrick whom in turned called the machine shop, and not during the week mind you, but this weekend this happened, off hours dedictation if you ask me, but on the lowest setting of the shifter, the handle needs a third bolt to quieten the noise. so the Machinest is going to take the handles back in and drill them for a third whole so the handle is nice an quiet as it can be.
That my friends is what its all about!
so the handles will ship out wednesday as long as all goes well, but they didnt want us to send out something that wasnt as close to perfect as could be, and I definitly cannot thank them enough for this, JR, could have just kept rolling or could have just said stick some rubber in between, but instead, the noise is being fixed.
Just cant ask for more than that, Rock on Guys! and thank you soooo much!
