Any one ever have the power steering hose that runs the fan start to leak right at the fitting coming out of the power steering pump? Any vendors on here carry that hose if I have to replace it? I would much rather support them than the dealer :D

There is a plastic seal inside of that nut. It falls apart after a while.
They are on national back order.

It would be best to replace it completely with something else; as even if you waited for Dodge to make more new ones, they would fail again anyway.

Mine leaked for 4 years. Now it doesn't and I don't have to smell ATF+4 in the cab anymore :D.

Stinker has a kit.

Awesome! I have the oil lines already, and will be getting in touch with stinker to order the lines but first I do have an all new problem. Last night I was racing a guy on the highway and when the tranny went to shift into 3rd, it just red-lined! After pulling over cause the transmission went out I had to get her towed home. There is no leaking and no grinding so I don't think the input shaft broke? I am thinking the torque converter went out? I had Dusty from HTS rebuild it and have put over 20K miles on it and no issues until now. Any other ideas of what it could be fellas?

Hi,
I had leaks on oil lines and power steering lines, I changed the oil hoses without problem, but I'm stuck on those steering. I cannot unscrew the fitting on the steering power pump

There is very little access to the tools...

How do you do ? Is there a special tool ?

Craftsman made the one we used , I honestly don't know the size maybe someone who does will chime in . I don't know any other way to get to the fitting unless you use that tool though . Maybe you can order from sears
