Everyday it's like wtf at the pump..saw a report today showing prices in downtown LA...premium for $5.34. Some say combination of wall street speculators, oil refineries switching to summer blends, high demands overseas, regulations..I say bs..it's all about greed and record profits once again...:eviltongue:

I know overseas they have always had high gas prices and us Americans got spoiled with cheap gas..those days have disappeared too.

Considering our trucks get 9-15 mpg on premium it's definately going to be alot more expensive to enjoy our rides...

Gas in southern ontario is $1.30 a liter for regular and about $1.45 for 91 and that equals out to about $5.30 a gallon for 91 we see this every year but the price is usually this high in the summer, i work in oil refineries (chemical valley sarnia) an the joke is why gas is so expensive because we ship it out and pay for it to come back.. I guess i have the benefits of living in a border city either pay $5.30 a gallon $140 to fill up or cross the bridge and pay $3.80-3.90 and its $80-90 to fill up also thats 93

I don't even look at the price of gas, just fill it, pay, and go.

Same here, its all you can do. I put $50 a week in diesel in my truck, as long as the wife leaves it alone on the weekends it eventually gets filled up, then I skip a week an stash my 50 for fun stuff

$3.77 for 87 here in MD. SRT is up for the winter, so i dont ever know what 93 is costing now. They like to raise and drop by .20 here. Make people feel like they are getting a deal at $3.50/gal. bullshit.

That's the ticket! Nothing I can do to change the price, pay it and be on my (not so) merry way.

I don't mind the mpg on the 10. My 96' 5.9 Magnum got between 10-11 around town and the 10 gets 9.5 so it's not that big a deal. It's the constant manipulation of the price and not being able to do anything about it.

It's at $4.60 a gal on the north end of Los Angeles That's up .61 a gallon in 3 weeks

I havent paid much attenttion to the gas prices in the last several months until I put gas in our dakota yesterday. 3.86 a gallon. Freakin 65 bucks for a little DAKOTA. Granted it's a V8 n all but still. It usually costs me 45.50 or so to fill the bike up. I have had it 6 months and it has already SAVED me over $800 in gas. Not the best thing to drive around when it's 18-32 degrees in the morning but when I spend 7 bucks a week on gas I just suck it up and bundle up lol

I laughed last week, I went out to grab lunch at work and gas was at $3.30, which was crazy when last month it was $3.05, left work 3 hours later and gas had went up to $3.60.... Right now it's at $3.55 for regular.

I've learned to go by gas buddy for Premium and not the signs, Gas Buddy has the average rate for Premium at $3.83, phone had died needed gas so I pulled into the cheapest 87 station I saw pulled up to the pump and it was $4.04, drove to the next station that was cheap, $3.90. Pulled into a average priced station and it was $3.84.

The Prius is yesterday's news. It's all about the Chevy Volt now.
