the cost of the SCT tuner itself (I already had one) I think they are $375, plus $110 an hour for tuning on the dyno. took 1 hour
Thanks. Are you planning to run it down the strip?

the graph seems overlaid, but the times are less than 11 minutes apart...
it's doubtful you'd install a catback, cai, pulley, and an sct in 11 minutes, so i'm not sure how that translates...
to load a tune takes about 5 minutes by itself, and that assumes there's no adjustments needed after the first "try"...
Im not a tuner, just the driver. All the aftermarket parts were already on the truck. Just tuning was done. I'm not sure if you are saying the sheet is a fake or what.
Dan is one the two most objective posters on this forum. I'll shoot you a textThink he spends too much time in the other forums and believes their leader too much, lol. Great results, and the fact you showed the results bud. Congrats as butt dynos don't lie

let me clarify: i think the mods could have added about 40 hp. but i think your baseline dyno was high, therefore skewing your numbers...
most qc's with longtube headers, no cats, exhaust, tune, coils, wires, etc. (basically full bolt ons) are only putting on average 460hp and 490tq to the tires on a dynojet... that's the fact...
i just didn't want you (OP) to think you got some freak and are running around in a 500 hp truck to the tires...
and what i'm MORE concerned about is what this tuner is doing to get those numbers so high... if he's playing with the numbers, or doing something wrong, and you decide to put spray on it and he tunes it improperly, and it blows up, wouldn't you have wanted the other thousand people who own trucks and have done this before to bring up the fact that something MIGHT be wrong? on a dynojet those numbers would be about 520/550 to the tires - something only folks with heads/cam, spray, or a roe are getting... something doesn't seem right...
but contrary to my sigline, i don't know everything... this is purely a hypothesis... i'm not trying to kick you in the balls by any means, so please don't take it that way...
numbers don't impress me... track times and driver mods do..
i've said my peace...

times are what count. What is yur best 1/4 and 1/8th times and trap? I can't get the times page to work.
it was... but then she wanted to go toe to toe with the jersey wall on the highway... but she'll soon be back... with a new dressJust a joke there Danny boy! Nice truck by the way.
mine? i'm embarrassed to say out of damn near an off the wall guess of 300 passes down the 8th, i've never got to get her down the 1/4... my best street tire run was 8.31, and i think it was 86.XX mph... that's full weight, toyo street tires, full air pressure, full tank of gas, and a 1.9XX 60'... same thing i'd pull my trailer with... it was a solid mid 12 100k+ mile work trucktimes are what count. Pretty sure Dan went 8.3 on worn out streets. Also, it's worth nothing that was on the stock clutch setup and shifter (for those of you who insist the stock stuff sucks )
