Popping noise

    So im driving on 183 and my rpms start to rev up then i hear a pop and smoke everywhere i can no longer drive it. I look under and where the tranny meets the engine it has a gap and like a bunch of shavinga or something hanging out what could it be.

    never seen this on one of our beasts

    only thing i can think of as a possibility is the slave did not completely release, causin excessive heat & the disk failed.

    clutch, hyds. & flywheel time for sure:(

    A buddy of mine said it was the ceramic friction plates idk if he knows wat he is talkin about though

    ceramic don't fail like that.

    i would bet thats the stock fiber disk

    check with our vendors & Auto Zone & the like
