Good Bye

Can you tell me more about the B&M shifter? Is it any tighter than Hurst? My truck has a '70s style Hurst Pistol Grip shifter. Anyone know if the B&M would be an improvement?
Thanks for filling out your profile.

The B&M shifter is reportedly a big improvement over the Hurst (I've never personally run one). However, please be advised that the seller is not GTG. Many here will echo my sentiment.

If you find the right vehicle you can get over the 10 easily, I'm looking for something I can drive year round and still have fun with, already found a few.....we'll see.

I agree with this. I would pay $600 for belangers from anyone except for this guy. I also run a B&M and I am happy with it.

Way out of my price/budget range, nice vehicle for sure though.......

Ha, I drive my 10 year around and will just rebuild when the time comes. It's like having a fine shotgun and making it a safe queen, just too nice to take out hunten. :dontknow: But on the other hand, you guys that keep your 10's in the garage cepting for a couple of thousand miles a year are just keeping my next purchase nice and sweet and low mileage. :D:D:D

Nope, just keeping the value of it for when I decide to buy a Viper. :D

Head out to the West Texas oil patch and in a year ya can buy a Viper outright. Some of these guys are knocking down $30 bucks an hour with 50 hours of over time per week. That's over $172,000 a year for common labor. The lowest hourly wage I have heard is $22.50 an hour and most can get all the overtime they can handle. The my man you can have your cake and eat it too. Then you will be the first on the block to have a Viper car and Viper truck.

Weather in the northeast prevents year round use with a 2wd monster, you can buy it now if you want. ............save me 4-5 months of storage this winter, lol.

Man I would in a flash but it ain't RED or QC. Old men need a QC to carry grandchildren and junk and RED so I can find it in the parking lot at Wal-Mart. :chain: Besides, where is RI in comparison to Big D? LOL

I have to agree with Chris... It's too cold, snowy, and especially salty to run year round up here!

Always welcome here in Texas. Good jobs, fast trucks, delicious food, fast trucks, beautiful women, fast trucks, clean air, fast trucks, good free hunting, fast trucks and NO personal income tax.:rock::rock:

Now just calm down! Easy Chris, just put the gun down and take a few steps back... :shot::stupid:

I like the part about no tax! Never heard such a thing in Pennsylvania.

Texas has NO personal or corporate income tax. Between 7 and 8.75 sales tax according to the county. Why you reckon Dallas is second in the nation with Fortune 500 companies? Toyota just announced it is moving it's US corp. headquarters to Dallas. Low taxes, good schools and beautiful women.
