Would you trade in your 05 SRT10 for an SRT 392 Challenger or Charger?

I'm debating trading the truck in for either the Challenger SRT 392 or Charger SRT 392, would you do this? Am I being stupid? Dropping from 500HP to 485, is it worth it?

For me it wasn't about the HP. I came from a GTO that had 508/550 to the wheels and all I thought about was the truck.

For me... Unless the Challenger or Charger has a hellcat in it... It is not *special* enough...

Well the problem is it's such a collectors item that not having a garage makes me nervous daily.

Not only that, when the truck goes in for service I get a Porsche loaner, I tend to miss the newer technology like Bluetooth streaming, actual calling instead of a dead uconnect that doesn't allow anymore phone connections, tpms, etc

Seems you have already made up you mind, just trying to convince us. Ain't gonna happen. As Scott said, we are a special breed. Put a hellcat engine in a new dodge truck and you still do not have a Viper powered SRT-10 Unique we are and unique we will remain.

The Challengers are nice, I have one. Awesome car. Better gas mileage! lol, but they are everywhere, as the SRT10's are not. depends on what you want. I daily drive mine. You can also change out the head unit to get all of those things you desire.

Dont do it. I test drove a scat pack a few weeks ago. I wasnt impressed. It was auto .maybe if it was a 6 speed. But I get looks every time i drive my 10. I love it.

TIre pressure monitoring? Dunno about that. I like to stick a gauge to the valve myself
