Has it ever been done in the past?
Yes. I was the one doing them. Now that i moved to cali i dont have the same contacts to do them. So that a negative on calendars this year.
The biggest problem was getting better quality pictures frlm the winner's.
Absolutely, the cell phone pics don't cut it because they become grainy when blown up.
That would be prett cool to have. iPhones now a days have better quality cameras than most brands out there that dedicate themselves to just that. So a picture from your phone shouldn't be an issue anymore.

My wife makes family calendars for her parents each year for xmas. You can upload any type of picture (cell included) and put them against almost any background.

Ok well if I find something local here when I go home on my days off I may do some up , I'd it is a go I may get some of you guys to send me some pics .
