Opened the hood this morning and found a vacuum leak .. did doge use some kind of cheap ass rubber hoses on these trucks ... I’ve had the hose to the cruise control leak , the hose to the air cleaner leak and now the hose out of the top of th drivers side valve cover ,oil lines and power steering .

see pic of this leak below ! I was wondering if that’s the reason my BBK might be or not be sticking after 40000 plus miles since installed .. it definitely has caused the idle to raise and dro back down when I hold my finger over it ...
where can I get a preformed replacement besides the stealership ?

I've replaced virtually all of the oem vacuum hoses over the past 15 years. None of the original molded hoses remain. Conventional (decent quality) hose can be used with some creative routing to replace any need for molded hoses.

yes , and if I’m not very creative on those sharp bends I kink the hose a bit lol like on the one that runs to the K&N .. but a 90 degree oh my hahahaha . Not much to work with there ..

maybe I should install the catch can I’ve had for about 15 years .

I’ve been trying my hand at buying and selling crypto currencies to pay for some things .. it will take 1152 years at the rate it pays just to buy the hose lol

You can always find a 45 or a 90 degree fitting if you need them.

    Catch cans.

JMB used an air filter on top of his. At least the one I had from him did.
The problem was it smoked like an old 440 with cork valve cover gaskets, so I sold it and bought a large sealed type that doesn't smoke at all.

It depends what you expect from it. There is a considerable difference in price.

Question related to this - in your photo, I see the indent in the rubber hose exiting the valve cover. To the left of that hose, there are hoses joined by a plastic T-valve. Does anyone know what those hoses are for or where they lead from/to?
I took my intake manifold and valve covers off to get them powdercoated. Now, I'm putting them back together, and the last thing I couldn't figure out is where to attach the hose that goes from that plastic T-valve and dives under the intake manifold. Was it attached to the underside of the intake manifold, where there is a short tube extension entering the manifold? Thanks in advance for any help ya'll can give!

If you have a mirror, you can find/see the metal fitting that pokes straight down from the underside of the intake manifold. It is easily seen with the throttle body removed.

If that doesn't make sense, it is because I am under the influence of confusion.
But I think that's what you're asking about.

Awesome, thanks, that's the only place I could find to attach it that seemed to make sense
