I’m not going to let them walk on me .. they get nasty when you confront them .. and they’re big … but being woken up sleeping in the car with one in a big gulp cup and a million babies squeeze out in your dream .. it was time to let it go lol
 
My Dad was a dune lover! He climbed all the dunes he could find - i had an incredible kid life
 
Cool ,, those dunes are bigger than Kill devil hills and Nags head on the east coast
 
I'll look those up! Never been east of Utah before lol

I was young when we climbed the east coast dunes and loved it jumping and soft landings in the sand .. but it tires you out fast

Well here I go again .. been running a 102 fever for 3 days and only and once of dark orange juice colored p .. been trying to lower my temp. , got it down to 100 and today back up to 102 … called both my cardiologist and my PCP .. PCP says get a p test asap for the possibility of have sepsis again … in 2021 when I had heart failure It was all caused due to Sepsis that I told them , all of them for 4 damn years ..
PCP told me to go to CVS for a uti test .. well they don’t do them ! Since doctors aren’t open after the close on Friday … I’ll have to wait till Monday to get the test … not good if sepsis is back ! I’m monitoring symptom and have to take Tylenol hoping it drops my fever ..
if symptoms get worse before Monday ,,, then back to the emergency room. MONEY MONEY MONEY !

Why not go to urgent care? Emergency room tell them you have pain or feel dizzy or something
 
I contacted my insurance and got the number Copy ,,address … called urgent care and no appointments today but put in a supposedly appointment online and says 11 am tomorrow.. so that’s what I’m going to be doing … have no idea what this will entail .. im betting if sepsis they will refer me to the hospital.. that pisses me off if that’s the case… the last time went to another urgent care was 300 plus for a blood test and visit .. that did absolutely nothing … it was in April 2012 and by September 3 was in intensive care with heart failure , sepsis and pneumonia and blown up like a Chinese ballon .. you saw the pic back then .. the urgent care doctor could even tell the symptoms right in from of him or listened to what I said .. but f he had it very well could have avoided the heart failure , sepsis and pneumonia.. it started with the sepsis and bowing up …I know it did caused by a UTI back then .. when I was there the checked my blood pressure .. was at the moon and the doc never even mentioned it , it was go to the emergency immediately blood pressure .. Not a dam word and nothin followed up on the bod tests .. I had to go down there and get the copy to f those .. things were a little of on more than a few ..that freaking urgent care doctor basically almost sentenced me to death .. sepsis can attack all your organs … which even today problem from then have not received recovered ..
if this is sepsis again , then it needs immediate attention .. i sure hope this urgent care does right and not making me go to referrals and can treat the damn crap or figure out what else it could be .. I’m tired tired f whole body uncontrollable shivering after 3 day and Peeing a shot glass of orange juice With pain 100 time a day the first 2 days ,, now in not hardly going to the Bathroom but about 7 times today .. I drink a shit load of water every day .. I’ll see what happens tomorrow at the appointment,, I may loose it for f they do the same shit as last time

PCP said highly possible sepsis and needs to be check asap do to the pain associated with peeing , the fever , I’m sweeting today .. my fever went back to 102 when I got up took more Tylenol ant I just checked and was a little over 100.. started filing shivery again and turn my heat up to about 83 degree and may have to turn it up again back to 85 degrees . Rest hasn’t helped at all makes pee even darker …. IS THERE A REAL DOCTOR IN THE HOUSE !
 
I’m feeling like SHIT , ARDON MY FRENCH !
 
Screw all that with past history i would just go to emergency

I have an appointment tomorrow at hopefully a better urgent care ..Monday can go for the tests .. either way doing lane will take at least a day for results..
 
Took me all day and art of last night to finally get an appointment.. all the doctors close at 4 or 5 on Fridays until Monday .. called my PCP at 2:44 m and the finally returned the call at 4:48 pm ..
