The one I posted is good for 168 there must be a tire out there that's rated Y or Z since there are many Performance cars but will they fit the truck who knows

Curious - will your truck do 180? I don't think mine will at stock but you aren't stock ....
 
@Bad Azp Performance I'm thinking this company may have something that would work - I'm not sure what size range you run for what you do. They are in Irwindale - lotta racing going on there

Im not sure but we had amguy that ran SC in a mile run compition he was modded pretty good and i dont think he got that fast .. the thread is on here somewhere...

Dom who ownd the fastest SRT10 for drag racing i think may have hit the 150 in the quarter mile ... nobdy s even in the ranks and mods Dom had ,,, JMB Justine was the builder... theres a video on utube andmhere somewhere also..

Other than that was the orignal speed record test that started these truck from the manufacturer... in the guinness book f world records ..

You forgot to mention the record holder in Guiness Book is RED :p :eek:

150 was sc, paxton, 4.56 rear, 1/2 mile run, 5th gear (not maxed out).
673 whp

New motor will be around 900whp, 4.10 rear, 1mile or 2 k run,

Rodan, qc, NA, 4.56, 48re, did 140 in 1/2 mile easily, lots of rpm left

Brandon (record holder) lives in vegas, when I talked to him he said he was "told by Chrysler heads to hold the truck back in case GM/Ford tried to take the record then they wouldn't have to mod the truck much to regain the title".
He doesn't remember rpm but thinks he was still in 5th with some room to go before having to shift to 6th but he never did.
He said the truck will do more than the record, easily.
 
Makes sense that it will do more if you think about it!

Good luck with finding some tires for your events, they're out there somewhere.

Just doing the 4.11 gear ismgoing to make more top end speed no doubt
