That’s waking between 3 and 4 MPH avg. breaking 4 mph is tough in itself , no way to get that number as and avg.

Been doing this for over 5 years everyday except for 3 hospital vacations lol . My record is 14.2 miles once ..
it only includes walking around the community and pushing a heavy shopping cart with a bad front end alignment around Walmart hahaha ..
