When you say fan motor are you talking about the condenser fan motor or the indoor fan motor. Based on the picture you are showing I'm assuming you are talking about the fan that is outside on the condenser unit. Ususally when these fans go out they will not work at all or will barely turn...
All I did is pose a question, don't think I crapped on a thread, and don't think it was a lame ass post. Some people aren't aware that a lot of foreign cars have higher domestic content than most domestics, and that they are a product of a higher percentage of domestic labor.
Glad a meteoroligist backed me up on that. Also the picture of the "tidal surge" is actually water overflowing a levee.

As someone who has an infatuation with and knowledge of weather, I can tell you that almost all of those pictures are of a mesocyclonic thunderstorm, and not pictures of a hurricane coming in.
