Could also be stuck / leaky injectors. That's pretty low mileage for an '04. Before you do a fuel pump, I'd pull the injectors and have them cleaned / flowed. Maybe flush the fuel system as well.

That's to adjust the pedals toward / away from the seat. My '04 has that and it's great for my short wifee.

If you're going to lower the front end you might want to look into a bump steer kit. Just another thing you have to correct when you lower things.

I put my XMetal single blade back on after I got tired of the BBK sticking and the additional return spring I had to add to stop that stuff. Now my cruise control works again. XMetal single blade makes more seat-of-the-pants power and it's got way, way better response.
