If you can't find one you can always take your old hose to a shop that specializes in hydraulic hoses and they should be able to replace the rubber line for you.

Thanks. I tried Rock Auto but they only have the belt line weather strips and not the body side that mount to the body above the door opening. The body side weather strips also act as drip rails when the door is open and seal to the top part of the door when it is closed.
