I work in a lab that test carpet. I asked the tech. that handles carpet color fastness. His immediate response was nitogen oxide. less than 9 parts per million will cause yellowing. He said to check for an exhaust leak, even a small one. This maybe why it starts on one side. Setting in a garage...

Don't know if our trucks have them but I had to replace the clockspring in my Lincoln for doing the same thing. Cruise quit working, radio adjustments acted weird and a few other thing I can't remember. Like I say I don't know if the truck has this but sounds like the same deal. It is a oval...

I almost bought one....in the end we didnt make a deal but I will have to say it was fast...and it was just the VR650. I wouldn't have paid what it cost for the "upgrade" but I will admit that thing held me hard in the seat until I let off at 140.
