At the very least You likely will need a lifer for that valve . Hopefully the lifter is just locked up and the cam lobe is ok..:dontknow: If it were mine entire valvetrain would be upgraded. It would also be time for a mild cam... Yank heads. New lifters, springs, pushrods and rockers...
