Hey guys just got an update on John...they have removed him from the ventilator he is breathing on his own...he is awake and alert...asking questions...and wondering why he can't talk real loud...he asked for some paper wrote the shop number on it and asked someone to call us...lol...he was then...

John suffered a heart attack while in the hospital for the stroke...he did open his eyes today...he acknowledged the people in the room and raised his hands....keep praying guys....things are looking a little better....I will keep you posted as I learn more....he's got a long road to recovery....

We got a phone call this morning about John....things aren't looking good....he has been moved back to ICU and placed on a ventilator with a heartrate of 28 bmp...As I learn any information I will post in this thread...thanks guys and keep praying....

I went and visited with John tonight...he is very weak...and heavily sedated he seems to be alert and aware of his surroundings...I didn't stay but for a minute...it seemed to be very difficult for him to speak I assume from the meds he is on...He suffered the stroke on sunday evening sensing...
