heh everybody, just had boomer's clutch kit (centerforce) installed and have seen alot of questions on how and where the "shims" go!!!! as for the slave cyl. shim, it can only go one place, can't screw that up but the shim for the master cyl. i'm posting pix of!!!!! the studs are just barely...

the width of my stripes is 11" with a 6" gap between them!!!! this measurement put me right at the "dodge" emblem at the back of the tailgate and right to the edge of the center pier on the front grill!!!! hope this helps you!!!!!

i thought that the pix you posted was of the throw-out bearing??????? maybe i'm wrong, hell i've been wrong plenty of time in the past!!!!!! as far as i can tell, the shim goes in between the slave and the firewall some way or another!!!! anybody have a picture of one installed????? as they say...

i have the shim for the slave and the shim for the throw-out bearing!!!!! from what i gather, the shim goes on the firewall side of the clutch slave right????

heh everybody, the bigun here with a question about my clutch!!!! yesterday my friend wanted to have a ride so i tried to do a burnout but it seemed like the clutch was slipping!!!!! it lugged the motor down and then took off without spinning the tires!!!! when i banged 2nd gear it did the same...

BTW the "viper" brake calipers look killer!!!! are they viper calipers or did you do something with the calipers that came on your RC???????

is the picture in your post with the shackles???? your truck looks alot more "level" that mine!!!!! i was considering shackles because of the ease of installment but if they don't work, will look for something else!!!! anybody else have an opinion?????
