Dead s-10 driver for sure but if the tool in the SRT-8 Jeep had hit the gas the s-10 would not have been able to hit him. Those things get out of the hole fast!!

I used to do some dirt track racing and that is pretty common when you are dealing with people that cannot handle losing. Sounded like that wasn't the FIRST race from listening to the announcer. The fact is that the S-10 driver could have cared less about what he was racing against and had no respect for the value of the Jeep. Believe me when I tell you he would have been served a SRT "T-BONE" STEAK as he exited the track because at that point an insurance claim was out of the question. Note I said "as he exited the track" because I'm quite sure all parties signed "waivers" for the event. One thing I would have damn sure tested is the Jeep's airbag deployment system:rock: Funny how the throttle "sticks" on those things. Maybe due to the "incidental" contact at the start of the race.:dontknow:
