I could have sworn i just saw a guy on here with one may have been a 05 . Look in the buy sell section. He had a bunch of parts for sale

Ive got one in pdf format.... 9k pages. It's not very large (file size that is). Don't know what the deal is with giving it away, but I found it on the web...
Look in the pouch behind the passenger seat......

There was a thread on here with a linkk to the file for the whole factory sevice manual... I'm on my phone right now and its a pita to search from it. Maybe someone will pop in with a link???
