justin, Stink showed me a little trick to save time and $, just clean up your calipers and hit them with some clear coat finish. i used clear wheel protectant and it turned out good for like $8 in both sides and decals... no paint

Geo ,,are those stickers on your calipers and are they the ones Tony was selling.

justin, post up on "wanted". alot of dudes have to either get new, or shave down their calipers for smaller rims/slicks. i guarentee there is a set out there in some dudes garage that is colecting dust. give it a shot.

Good luck brlo

Yes sir, got them from stink. and they are silver. Justin, you may find black, but, IMHO silver looks kickass on red calipers. i know ur truck is black, but if you get red calipers i think silver would look better than black. that is however just my opinion bro, no matter what color im sure it will look killer:rock:

I purchase some in red, silver and black from Tony a while back when my calipers temp. locked up ..along with rebuild kits. I have not had a problem with the caliper since I bought those items. I have not installed the parts yet. I was going to repaint the factory red calipers and make them black and use either the silver or red sticker to match the truck. I have not decided on which yet , or when I will need to do it. I'm guessing when I need brakes the next time.
At least I know have an idea as to what they will look like ...

No problem buddy. I used Rustoleum brand "high performane wheel". make sure you get the one with the clear lid. there are some others out there that turn yellow after a couple months. you should be able to find it at your local autoparts store (Autozone, Advanced, O'Reileys, etc.). and i used brak cleaner and alcohol to clean the calipers up. as long as there is still red paint left on the caliper it will work just fine, but make sure you get all the grease and brake dust off cuz it will show through. after i cleaned mine they were a foggy red and i didnt think it would work, but it worked real good. i just masked off the rotors and stuff and did it right on the truck cuz i didnt want to bleed the brakes.

if you have any more questions, let me know chief. oh, and i put 3 coats on too.

Good luck
Chris
