Supercharger

I think you should do a 2 stage, 500 shot of NOS :D

Why you scared of your bro beating you? Whats he up to?

For sure the Procharger.

I have watched all the results over the years on these sites and the Procharger is the best bang for the buck. Good parts right off the bat that can handle much more power at a later date once you have built the motor.

Justin's quality of each component is second to none and he will customize your kit for what you want to achieve.

Nice looking job man.

If I was going to invest in serious power mods, I would be looking at n/a stuff. Heads and intake yield better numbers than some s/c builds, without the hassle, and with less cost.

Hey Chris-

That's normally my response when this topic comes up! :)

Agreed, I just don't see great performance results with many of the street-style superchargers.
When it's done properly it can work with additional research and with the right choice of parts.

But the N.A. option is still my fave.

Personally, I expect a lot out of an engine that has a supercharger installed and like to think guys install power adders to ADD POWER (as much of it as they can get for their money).

A built motor is going to be around $12k

Paxton is $6.5K for the tuner kit. In addition you will need SCT tuner, bigger injectors, 2 bar map sensor, (and dual in-tank fuel pumps not necessary but recommended)

Roe is $7.3k for the kit. In addition you will need SCT tuner.

Procharger is $6.5k for the base kit. In addition you will need JMB electric fan assembly $700, SCT tuner, bigger injectors, 2 bar map sensor, (and dual in-tank fuel pumps not necessary but recommended)
Options $2.6k for the front mount intercooler

If money is no object Procharger, if your on a budget Paxton. Of course you will need to add funds for tuning the monster once it is done.

Electric fan is only necessary if you are using the Cog belt, not with the serpentine belt. The 6.5K is for the F2 blower, the F1 is less.

I went with the Roe & couldn't be happier. Didn't touch the engine & have gone almost 10k so far. Runs mid to high 12's & puts a smile on my face everytime:D
