my next ride? 94 chevy impala ss

Cool cars and all, but keep in mind, it is 18 years old now.
The plastics in the interior don't hold up well. I remember 8 years ago looking at them. Most of what I saw back then needed new interior pieces. Doorpanels, Window switches, Dash cracking. (notice the dash carpet) Hiding something, or preventing something?
I am sure if you look around enough, you can find one that was garage kept though.

^True, plastic and sun don't do too well. But it may very well be a garage kept car, judging by the garage right behind it. :dontknow:

Hence why I said "Hiding something, or preventing something?"
Very well could be a garage kept car. Since everyone who has a garage keeps a car in them and not a bunch of crap. :stupid:
Also, nothing says it's a one owner car and that it was garage kept. I'm sure every one of the previous owners kept it in a garage also. Never drove it to work and sat in the sun for 8 hours a day either.

I was just pointing out to the poster things to keep an eye out for.

Also, if the LT1 is the same as the ones in the Vettes (pretty sure it is) check the waterpump for water out of the weep hole. When it goes and not caught in time, it will take out the optispark unit (was $1200 when I had to do mine). Waterpumps on the vettes lasted about 60k miles. I would have expected this one to be replaced already.
Besides that, the LT1 was a very reliable engine. Had very little problems with mine. All the other stuff like ABS, the chip in the key, trunk release, window motors were problems, but cheap fixes.
