Today marks the three year mark of being cancer free. I am celebrating that by getting back to a previous goal. I am back on my bike. Last week I rode 50 miles. I plan to keep it up till I achieve the Seattle to Portland ride in either July '13 or '14.

Good for you brother. All too often it's the other way around and cancer takes our loved ones. Good luck to you man!

Very happy to hear this, good sir! Congratulations on getting back to a long standing goal too!

Congrats! You have a great outlook on life... good luck in your future

congrats man ! ! !

my mother is now 10 years cancer-free.

Congrats, best news I've heard in a long time.

Congratulations!!! It's really great to hear that you beat cancer, I lost my father to cancer this past April so I know what a milestone this is for you. You will be in our prayers.

Congrats Dale!! Great news :)
I lost by best friend since 4th grade to Cancer in Jan.
He went from finding out to the grave in 6 fawking months or so

I HATE F'n Cancer

Thanks for all the well wishes.

I understand the speed at which cancer can rob a life. I was originally chasing Lung Cancer in January of 09. Lung cancer has a 80% death rate in the first year. It has a 95% death rate in 5 years. From January to April I lived in that fear. In late April I got my final diagnosis of a much more treatable form of cancer - Hodgkins Lymphoma.

Really love hearing success stories. They have to find a solution/cure soon. Too many cases occurring more often :(
