Last month she was way low on coolant and tried to over heat. Took her to shop for a block test. Checked good. They could not find a leak anywhere. Now she is back in the shop for the same thing. Again no leaks. No coolant out the exhaust. None in the oil. Where is it going? Any ideas?

I'm guessing the pressure checked the entire cooling system? I've seen radiators leak only under pressure so the leak going down the road but not with the truck shut off

My bad. Pressure test was done as well.

Haven't tried but no signs of leaking.

If the cap is bad it may be boiling over and blowing out of the overflow causing you to be missing coolant. Is your overflow resevoir filled to the max. If there are no leaks it is really the only thing that makes any sense. The coolant has to go somewhere.

The coolant could be going into the coolant overflow bottle but a crack it the hose or a bad cap may allow air to be sucked in instead of coolant during cooldown. leaving the rad low eventually .

Got the truck back today. They could not find a leak anywhere. No charge. I'm going to get a new cap and see how we'll that does.
