10.82@125! Stock internal, bolt ons and 175ish shot !

Nice driving.
Thanks man
No we aren't gonna up the shot, yet take away a bit of fuel soon. We started at a plug fouling 9.3:1 A/F ratio and when we tuned it to 10.3:1 it literally when from fast to stupid fast within 20 minutes of tuning and testing. ;)
We are going to try a still safe A/F of 11.3:1 and get er up the list a lil further. It's getting a perfect night to run that makes the rest of the plan come together. We don't get many of those nights here on Texas but have been blessed this year. :)
The drastic difference in power came from the fact that we ADDED nitrous so it went from a 150 shot to a 200, I'm sure there is more in it by leaning it out but doubt it'll be as drastic of a change
ain't much more that needs to be said!... effin wicked!!! congrats
Thanks man, really never thought it'd ever get to this point when I bought the truck, my first pass ever in it was a 13.42....

That's why we buy them and never sell, true grit is a quality that is hard to come by. Too many make excuses as to why they sell, few can handle the expense or fortitude of making these trucks our own.

Mine old 04 had crank walk. Is that a excuse ???????

Congrats on the run, Badass.

For some I guess you are right, Me. I didn't have that kind of money sitting around for a engine to be built.

Thanks man, long time no see. I don't have the cash to rebuild it either, but if it blows I'll drive something else till I can rebuild it:chain:

Was wondering about the hydraulics setup you have with the Spec Stage 3 ? Did you install Hyd. upgrade?.....flywheel?......master Cyl. shims? Ant help appreciated. Plan to go this route as well. Thanks.

Nice runs BTW. Good to see someone not afraid to drive the balls off these beasts!

Viper hydraulics, got them form JMB and used both of the shims that came in the kit plus and extra 1/8 inch thick washer. Yours might not need as much but that's just what it took to get mine to shift right at high rpm. Also I recommend epoxying the master cylinder to the metal firewall bracket, I wish I had pictures of how I did it but I've kicked one master off the firewall and had all the guts pop out on another, so now this one is epoxied every where it could come apart.

New flywheel ? Steel or alum. Trying to get everything needed for winter mod.
Great advice thanks man.

Thanks man, what you been up to?

been busy working and trying to save up to finish an engine build for my 70 monte carlo. At the same time been doing alot more off roading and hunting. Just seems like the cops hassle way to much on the street when you can do whatever you want off road. Actually, hoping I land a better job with the city and if I do maybe even buy my truck back from pops. over the last 2 years just been sitting in the garage gathering dust.

10.70....damn that is no joke, i gotta get my ass down to texas this coming year and run my car

Thatd be awesome if you could buy your truck back, why you gotta bring the car to Texas to run it?
