What is the custom leather interior scene like for our trucks?

I really like the idea of that '06 QC interior you showed, maybe just in a more subdued color. I say DO IT and keep us posted on the results!

You want to get someone onboard with your work for their truck, make up a small sample or 2 of like the viper logo/hood emblem for like a headrest to be reskinned and some snake skin like what is done to the engine bay. Just my 2 cents

Yeah I've been planning to start by doing my headrests, sunvisors, and center console thing since I got the truck but my I've just had a lot of other things I want to do as well. I never get around to doing much of anything for myself.
Sometimes I get a commission to do something new, like this sort of thing, which allows me to finally have a professional reason to make the time. I'd do my own truck as a practice run then dive in on the project.

Eventually it will happen, I have no doubt, I've got a long term plan which includes adding automotive stuff to my lineup. (I want to get back into the auto scene so I have an excuse and even profit incentive to splurge on my truck again haha) If nobody is interested now, no problem, I'll keep trucking along till I have time to do some suitable demos someday. If someone wants to pioneer something really creative and original with me for their ride, sooner rather than later, all the better.

Amazing work. I personally don't see much tie to the trucks but someone will come up with somethin that will prolly look killer when done. You're prolly a god at comicon type events.

Well no, I wouldn't expect you to. There truly isn't any tie here to the trucks. Just the amount of effort that I put into those creations could easily be crossed over to do something that this crowd would like. I don't really specialize in anything, I just like making cool stuff. And what is cool is entirely dependent upon, and independently subjective to, the eye of the beholder.

If I did my seats up in red and black snake skin, perforated lamb skin, with sting ray and crocodile inlays in an aesthetically pleasing style, and posted that instead of armor I'm sure the reaction would be different, though the effort and artistry skills injected into the piece would be the same.

And yes, the comic-con crowd is definitely one of my main audiences for the above postings. In that circle and renaissance festivals I'm relatively well known. In this circle, I'm just another bloke until I do some cool stuff for the trucks here.
