Have any of you guys bought or had the opportunity to try these variations? Pilot Sport (which are on the car but 8+ years old), Pilot Sport PS2, or Pilot Super Sport. Any suggestions? Also what is the rear rim width? I believe the PS2 and the Super Sport say only up to 12.5" rim and the Pilot Sport says up to 13.5" rim. How is this possible when they are all the same size tire???

Nitto Invos FTW! I have driven both the Pilot sport and PS2 and they are ok for a regular driver, but I'm guessing you like to push your car when you're driving. ;)

I have PSS on mine. Near new. Very sticky, no squeal when spinning, moderate sidewall stiffness/hunting, phenomenal wet traction compared to the truck, wear quick unfortunately, a bit of wheel hop. When I buy again PS2 will be what i get. PSS are getting harder and harder to find, and those have been sitting for a while. The PSS is the upgrade to the PS2 if i understand correctly.

345s are what you are looking. Some have gone with 355s but i think it was due to availability issues. I have run Invos on an SRT8 challenger. I wouldnt say they are better performing tire than the PS2s. Head over to driveviper.com and viperalley.com and see what the big boys are using. Alot of threads on the subject. I dont see to many Invos for what its worth.

All 3 tires I was talking about were 345's. Just don't understand why they have different rim width requirements.

There's a guy on viperalley selling cups for $150 a tire, might not last long on the street but would stick like glue, that's what I was planning on

Did the plans change? :D

Nitto, Pirelli and Yokohama are not listing any tires for a 2006 Viper when you search by vehicle and Tire Rack only shows the Michelin PSS for a matching set unless you want Hoosier track tires.......Then again you may!!!!!!!!!LOL

Funny, Nitto's website says to call and ask to make them....LOL
