my lifter are very load after I rum it for 20 mins. what should I do ?

How's oil pressure? What oil weight? Brand? Filter?
Can you post a video?

oil pressure is ok and temp is around 225 and iol is mobile 1 0-40 sin. ill have to make a video today for you to here thanks

My speakers suck but I can't hear any knock. I hear rocker/injector ticking but can't hear the knock. Change oil and look for metal in oil. Put 15/50 mobil1 in her with Mopar Viper or 090 filter. See if anything changes

To be honest I didn't hear anything abnormal either. I would like to hear it in person first before saying there isn't anything wrong. Like Scott said, change the oil and check for metal debris, maybe even cut the old filter open and see what's in it.
