The fine print usually says "you may get up to xx HP" with this mod. "your results may vary". You have made your truck sound better, but your mods are not enough to make much of a difference on a very heavy truck. I lost HP going the canned tune route, but it did lead us to the retarded cam issue.
It is a pain in the butt to change the cam, so make sure you have your power end goal in mind, and only do it once.
