Ahh, I see there is a gap in the build updates. Maybe I should frequent the forums more often. Every time you need to get to anything on the front of the engine on a viper (belts, alternator, power steering pump etc) the entire supercharger has to come off. During a reinstall, I discovered my factory tensioner pulley was chipped. When trying to change the pulley, the bolt broke, when trying to remove the whole tensioner, I was unable to get to the bolt holding it on with the tools i had without the nut beginning to round. I ran out of leave from work, through in the towel and had it towed to a local shop to have them reassemble it. After a few cruises, 3 of the supercharger bolts backed out. One is missing, another got jammed against a bracket and the third fell out, hit the fan and took out the radiator.
That green looks awesome. Match the calipers to it now. :top: Very nice touches you have done and now it shoots flames. haha Sweet ride man. What kinda numbers does it put down?
Sure you do, they just blame their mistakes on us. It's a resolution just not what you'd expect from them.
I absolutely love that black and green theme! That's what I was going to do to the truck when I sold it... I had the black catch can, throttle body, intake etc... I guess I'll have to wait for the "next" vehicle as those colors would look a tad out of place with Blue/Silver.
I made a little progress this weekend. Should have my 3.25" pulley in tomorrow, a small bump from the 3.75" on it now.
