Thanks for the kind words guys. Betty is doing much better now, has had a fight with breast cancer. I thought the chemo was going to kill her but she has finished that, thank God and all her radiation treatments, the Drs. say she is gonna be ok but they will not call her cancer free for 5 years. She is one tough little lady!! Again thanks guys.

Great hearing from ya Jack and prayers still coming for you and your family bud. As long as she has a pillar like you to lean against, she'll remain strong.

As I posted earlier, my bride had breast cancer 15 years ago. After 12 years they finally took her off of the cancer meds. Have faith in our Lord and give your worries over to Him and take care of Betty as He would and all will be well.

Breast cancer sucks. Debbie is having her last treatment of chemo today (we are at the hospital now). She has had 3 months of the Red Devil :mad:

That shit sucks.

I am glad Betty is going to be alright! Give her a hug for me Jack!

The chemo is horrible, would be a hard decision if I ever need it.

My best friend passed away 3 years ago from the crap. Always thought we'd grow old together but little do we know. He opted trying everything but chemo as we both saw other family go through it and still lost the battle. His choice and I'd rather him have tried the Chemo but nobody could persuade him so we left it at that early on. Within 6 months it took his life and every day I witnessed him deteriorate. I F'n hate cancer and pray for anyone involved as well as their family's as it's tough for everyone.

Tell Betty it was her last treatment today (thank heaven). The oncologist said she is done with chemo, and Debbie took it well as can be expected for the aggressive treatment they gave her.

Hopefully we will be on the upswing now. We are looking forward to taking the boys on vacation this winter to see the snow for the first time.

These women sure are tough!
