Something is makin a loud noise when i start it up on cold mornings. Does it for a lil bit. Thinkin mite be the belts. Is it something i should be worried about or not.

An abnormal noise is the truck telling you it needs attention. Get it fixed before it becomes a more serious issue. Could be the belts or a pulley, idler pulley or tensioner are a good possibility.

I changed tensioner pully before but it only does it on really cold days and goes away after about 20-30 seconds

If it goes away, it's likely your belt bro. Pulleys usually keep on squeaking/squealing
It is most probably the oil filter. The 04's have a oil pressure spring issue and it makes a squealing noise at startup. most buy the viper oil filter to minimize the squeal. I just live with it. Watch your oil pressure! some have split the oil filter and made a hell of a mess! The oil pressure spring assembly can be changed out to the 06 model if you start having over pressure issues.

Has to be belt cuz today was in the 50s and it didnt make the noise.

Crapola, I got cheated on my truck. I just got 1 (one) belt. Reckon VENOMOUS1 heisted the rest of them? :dontknow:
