so i decided to make my power steering lines and oil lines at work since we have everything i possibly need. i just dont know the specs and fitting sizes if someone wld help me out i wld appreciate it. thanks in advance

Part of the reason us vendors sell parts bro. We do all that research and find the parts across the world needed to make these lines available to y'all. Some fittings are very hard to find even hydraulic line shops have no clue bud. They are metric and a pain to locate honestly.
 
Got mine for VENOMOUS1 and they have worked perfectly for 15,000 miles. Look great also. :rock:
 
The steering lines would be a little tough to find the fittings for but for sure do able. The oil lines are nothing special.

What I like about the lines I made is that I used crimped fittings with the proper angles so the hoses flow together nice. Unlike the vendor hoses that use straight hose ends and when installed don't flow well.

I had a jig made up to make these lines so the ends were indexed perfectly but then some vendor(s) made a stink about it and I wasn't allowed to talk about them anymore. So I tossed the jig.

If you have access to a hydraulic crimper at work then just pull your lines off and make some. No big deal.
 
I pulled my oil lines and hp steering pump line and visited my local speed shop. Had new lines in an hour.

Lopers off country club in mesa south 202/ north of 60. That was probably 8 yrs ago....long before anyone offered direct replacements. I heard they are gone now...
 
I will have to build new lines for mine now with the turbo. Wanna save yourself the hassle and just buy mine? I'll sell them cheap, How's about $100?

first off i dont even know who tony is and 2nd i would buy them from scott just cuz he has helped me out so much with some issues and lives around the corner. i dont just like buying my stuff its my truck so i like to work on it every once n a while and plus im in no hurry if i can get cheap ones used why not or just wait till i decide wat to do.
