Sluggish starting

I had a sluggish start for a while so I swapped out the battery with a brand new one.
The truck is parked outside and the weather is cold (Houston, TX). I am hoping that is the problem before I have to consider the starter.

Any thoughts?

Pretty easy fix... It you just put in a new battery and its still cranking slowly then that (by rule of thumb) means your alt/start is bad. but then again, it could be a loose bat connect, hell it could literally be anything.

Likely a bad battery connection or dud new battery

shes still cranking. we will see if it keeps up when the warmer weather finally arrives
