Perhaps...Ive never had it painted. Im unaware if the previous owner did. This is the only spot on the truck where it is happening, just wondering if anyone else had this goin on?

Just looks like lack of preparation on a re-paint.

I have the same problem but mine was not prep write when I did the reprint
