supercharger and other mods

Yes for those who asked, the truck is alive. I have put a few thousand miles on it this spring. It does need a tune as it is running quite rich on the old Procharger tune, so there is plenty of gains waiting once I get Chris to work his magic on it.

It pulls twice as hard as the Procharger ever did, sounds unreal (5" open exhaust) and I am only running it at 10 psi so far, about 10 psi more to go yet!

I can put it in 5th gear on the highway doing regular ground speeds and slowly push the pedal down, the turbo starts to spool and it takes off like nothing I have felt before. And keep in mind at the same time as the turbo install I went from 4.56:1 to 3.73:1 gears, which makes 6th gear unusable at highway speeds as you can travel at 70 mph at something like 1000 engine RPM.

Like I mentioned, I have had them all and I will NEVER own a belt driven power adder again in my life. I am convinced turbos are the only way to go.

Please man that is last thing I want to hear seriously. Take your turbo power conversation else were please.

I'm glad I'm not the only one who had this hateful thought. Turbo guys can be the most annoying people in the world sometimes. My buddy who owns a Subaru won't shut his stupid mouth about turbos. I swear if I hear one more person talk poorly about belt driven power adders I will slit their throat with a blunt vegetable knife.

my 5.7 hemi has a procharger on it and runs about 10 psi still un decided on what the srt 10 is getting lol

I had a ROE, loved the sound!, very disappointed in the LACK of power!, very happy with the power of my Paxton, waaaaay more power Without the heat issues! :). Only change I would do is go twin turbo. :), but I doubt that will happen, will probably get rid of it for an ACR Viper in the future!

If you went with the Arrow S/C wouldn't you need a forged engine, 900 HP? Yellow Fever what brand of headers are you running?

I did nitrous, roots and twin screw.

Without racing mine at the track, i couldnt see a few key things i needed.

But i agree, turbos is the only way to go.

Buy a Procharger with the 50mm wide cog belt, have it destroy your beautiful engine compartment, picking belt out that is wrapped around pulleys so god damn tight you swear it has bent your crankshaft while stranded on the highways, constantly be afraid to press the accelerator, spend two years trying to make it work, then spend another $1000 on serpentine pulleys and deal with nothing but belt slippage.....if you call this happiness then so be it, until then go f*ck yourself and your bullshit comments about "turbo" guys. I have never owned a turbo powered vehicle before, but now after owning every other type of power adder and finally going turbo.....I will never have anything but. Maybe you should join the club and realize true happiness.
